Shipping


Where and how are you shipping?

Mod Birdie will be shipping globally from the United States. Our carrier is primarily USPS, or alternatively UPS or Asendia, depending on your country.

How much is shipping?

Physical orders have a flat rate shipping starting at $12, regardless of country.

Is my order tracked?

Yes! All physical orders are automatically tracked, free of charge. Tracking numbers will be provided via email when your shipping label has been purchased. Your label may be purchased up to 2 weeks before the package is sent out.

Group Orders


Currently, there are no group orders for Re-spect. DM us on Twitter if you'd like to host a GO or recommend a manager!

Packaging


All orders will be shipped in recyclable bubble mailers. Zines and flat merch will be wrapped in reused magazines and coupon books to reduce waste! ♻️

Refunds & Returns


Refunds can be issued under the following circumstance:

  • The buyer wishes to cancel and refund their order, and makes this request before their item is shipped out. 

Refunds will NOT be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The buyer changed their mind after receiving the purchased product.
  • The product was sent to an incorrect or old address due to error on behalf of the buyer.
  • Your order was shipped (i.e., given to the Post Office by mod Birdie) but tracking does not update.
  • Your order was shipped (i.e., given to the Post Office by mod Birdie) but was lost, damaged, or stolen.
  • A Group Order Manager fails to communicate with you further, or packages are lost or damaged in transit from the GOM to you.

If an order is returned to the Re-spect team  (due to an address error, failure to deliver, logistics on behalf of the shipping company, etc.), the buyer may choose to have the product shipped to them again if they pay the shipping fee. If the buyer wishes to cancel the purchase at this stage, we will only refund the value of the product.

Any and all refunds will be made to the card, bank, or payment account that was used to purchase a product.
